    Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition of Product:
    Returned watches must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-engraved or personalized watches

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Watches with signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Defective or Wrong Item:
    If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

    • Await return authorization and shipping instructions.

    • Ship the product securely to our return address at your own cost (unless defective or wrong item was sent).

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund Timeline:
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Exchange Option:
    You may opt for a product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    If a refund is not received within the given time, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
